Q: What’s the difference between Intimate Start facials and Advanced Treatment Series?

A: Intimate Start facials are 60-minute customized treatments designed for maintenance and overall skin health. These are ideal for first-time clients or those seeking routine care. Advanced Treatment Series are results-driven programs targeting long-term concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, and aging. They must be booked in a series for progressive results and include a treatment plan and product guidance.

Q: What’s included in an Intimate Start facial?

A: Each Intimate Start facial is fully customized to your skin’s needs. Based on your consultation, it may include microdermabrasion, LED therapy, enzyme exfoliation, hydration layering, or calming treatments. You’ll choose from five types: Anti-Aging, Brightening, Hydrating, Gentlemen’s Facial, or Beard Treatment & Facial.
Q: Can I book a chemical peel as a first-time client?

A: No, first-time clients must first complete our Glow Prep Series before booking a chemical peel. This prepares your skin for deeper exfoliation, helps reduce sensitivity, and ensures safer, more effective results. Glow Prep includes 6 or 8 conditioning facials and a homecare bundle.

Q: What is the Glow Prep Series?
​
A: The Glow Prep Series is an essential pre-treatment for clients interested in chemical peels or other advanced services. It includes 6 or 8 customized facials to hydrate, rebalance, and strengthen the skin. You’ll also receive a homecare kit (cleanser, vitamin C serum, and SPF) to support your skin between visits.
Q: How do Advanced Treatment Series work?

A: All Advanced Treatments (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, etc.) are booked as series only. Each program includes a skin consultation, treatment plan, progress tracking, and product guidance. These series are designed to progressively treat chronic or corrective skin issues over time.

Q: What’s included in the Intimate Transformation Series?

A: Rockii’s Signature Intimate Transformation Series is a 10-treatment corrective program that blends advanced modalities like peels, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, LED therapy, and more. It includes a full-size homecare bundle and is customized weekly based on your skin’s progress.

Q: Are consultations included with facials?
​
A: Yes! All facial services including Intimate Start and Advanced Series begin with a professional consultation to assess your skin’s needs and tailor the treatment plan accordingly.

Q: Do I need to purchase homecare products?
A: Homecare is strongly encouraged and included in select treatment packages like Glow Prep and Intimate Transformation. Your esthetician will recommend products to support your treatment results and maintain skin health between visits.

Q: Can I book a single advanced treatment without the full series?
​
A: Advanced treatments are only available as part of a series to ensure consistency, safety, and effective results. However, returning clients may book an Intimate Start facial and, if approved by the esthetician, may add on select advanced treatments for $25 each.
Approved add-ons include:
LED Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), High Frequency, Microcurrent, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and Gel Peels (not to be confused with full chemical peels).
