Intimate Skin & Esthetics is a Black-owned, women-operated skincare studio specializing in corrective facial treatments and full-body waxing. We focus on addressing concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and anti-aging, with our signature Brazilian wax service being a client favorite.

OUR FOUNDER & CEO
My name is Shaliqua, but you can call me Rockii—owner and founder of Intimate Skin & Esthetics. I created this space with one goal in mind: to offer a comfortable, exclusive environment where you can experience real, result-driven skincare tailored just for you.
With over 10 years in customer service, I know how important it is to feel seen, heard, and cared for. I graduated from Centura College in March 2023 as a licensed esthetician and am currently enrolled at Chrysm Institute of Esthetics, working toward my Master Esthetician license (expected May 2025). My specialties include treating acne, hyperpigmentation, and performing expert Brazilian waxing. I sharpened my skills in body waxing during my time at European Wax Center, and I now bring that same level of precision and care to every service I provide.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids and two loving pitbulls. I’m all about self-care—give me a good massage, a warm breezy walk, and some delicious food (plus a margarita or two), and I’m in my happy place.
